Action Description
This action template controls if a particular asset has been scheduled for going on-air on a specific station within a given interval (between the 'past' and 'future' given limits).
NB: The check will be performed across real and alternative schedules.
Action Parameters
To create this action, the following parameters need to be set:
•Select Station: Select all the stations or a specific station on which the assets might have been scheduled,
•Hours to be checked in future schedules: Enter the number of hours on which the asset might have been scheduled. For instance, to check if the asset is planned in the next 72 hours.
•Hours to be checked in past schedules: Enter the number of hours the asset might have been scheduled backwards. For instance, to check if the asset has been scheduled in the last 24 hours.
How to use it
This action can be used (in the T-Workflow designer) to, for example, check that an asset is scheduled to go on-air in the following 24 hours to transfer to the playout server.
