85.3.3 Missing WmvCore.dll

It is important to note that in case of using Etere STMan under a Windows 2008 Server R2 operating system it will be required to install the Desktop Experience windows feature which includes the wmvcore.dll component (i.e. a Windows Media Library constituent used for accessing files in WMV codec).
In case this feature is not installed in the system, each time the Etere STMan application attempts to start, an error message will appear indicating that the wmvcore.dll file is missing:
