201.13 Delivery Orders

The Delivery Orders module enable content providers (e.g. broadcasters, television programmers, movie studios, etc) to carry out the distribution of their content over a variety of media platforms (e.g. Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, Redbox Instant, Vudu, Vodafone TV, CanalSat, Orange Nouvelle TV, etc). Delivery Orders allows to specify all delivery conditions such as licensee, platform, metadata, asset(s), and workflow to be executed (e.g. to automatically adjust content according to the technical requirements of a certain platform). Delivery orders managed in this module have the following characteristics:

➢Facilitated order compilation and multi-change capabilities.
➢Orders exclusively related to one platform.
➢An asset can be included in different orders for different platforms.
➢Ability to duplicate orders to extend their platforms.
➢Custom XML headers per order/platform.
➢Automatic workflow preparation and export of files.
As shown in the above diagram, the Delivery Orders module enable the stations to manage delivery orders (D/O) for content to deliver it through the following simple procedure:

1 - Define an order for the content to be delivered.

2 - Launch the workflow to prepare (e.g. adjust aspect ratio, get audio language) and delivery (e.g. send via ftp) content files.

3 - Track and consult all delivered assets through accurate reports.
