Import Scope
The Import Custom Cinegy AsRun import a text file containing one day broadcast schedule.

The file would be imported based on following criteria:
• If there are primary and secondary events in the file, only the primary events would be imported.
• The primary events are identified by device=”VIDEO” and event=”START”.
• There is no reconcile key in the file.
• During import, the assets are searched by date, time, code in the range of 1 hour.
• If assets are found in database, only the asset status, time and duration would be updated.
• If asset does not exist in database, new assets would be created with type “0000”.

Import Parameters
Import - Custom - CINEGY AsRun

• Activity_0_dd-mm-yyyy.txt, which contain date and time in the first and second field in the import file.
• News_yyyy-mm-dd.txt, which contain date and time in the same (first) field in the import file.

Import path - Specify the path to the text file. You can use the browse button to locate the file in the network drives.
Import data - Opens the Configure Import window to specify the days and the frequency to be imported.

Scheduling related import
Set the parameters in the Etere Scheduling > Import/Export > IMPORT\CUSTOM\CINEGYASRUN and save the parameters once done.
