The Weekly Schedule application allows you to manually create schedules using pre-configured or new blocks through a freestyle grid format; with a simple drag-and-drop function, you can insert blocks or time containers to create a structure and fill them with events.
Weekly Schedule is a flexible tool for manually creating a schedule; once you have made a schedule for a single day, you can easily copy/swap this structure to another day. The primary function of the Weekly Schedule is to manage the schedule structure itself (i.e. the positioning of blocks and segments).
A schedule needs to be in place to reserve and allocate time slots for either Commercial or/seasonal orders. Etere Weekly Schedule allows using a schedule grid formed by time-specific blocks and segments; the procedure to prepare and use schedule grids is illustrated below:
1. Create your blocks of time with content (segments) typical of the scheduled time at which it will be broadcast using the Etere Block Editor application.
2. Build schedule structures using blocks under a freestyle grid in the Etere Weekly Schedule application, where it would be possible to assign schedules to specific days.
3. Once schedules grids have been created, a wide range of features becomes available for commercial management:
•Define price lists for specific blocks and segments using Etere Sales.
•Calculate order prices automatically based on price lists.
•Schedule events automatically on specific blocks matching their type.
•Adjust schedules manually using the Etere Strategic Editor application.
•Generate various reports based on schedule grids, including revenues, free space, etc.
