Action Description
The Set current metafile list action searches all metafiles that match the specific criteria and sets each metafile as the current metafile.
Action Parameters
Create new actions based on the following parameters:
Name - Give a brief descriptive name to the action.
Flexi-metadata - Specify the metadata to be set as current metafile. You can click the browse button to launch the search form and locate the Flexi metadata by Name, Item, or Description.
NB: Only supported boolean and array list metadata types will be displayed. The Flexi-metadata is not mandatory.
How to use it
Set current metafile list must be included in a T-workflow under the T-Workflow designer and then attached and launched for the desired asset(s).
