Action Description
The "Asset version check" action allows one to check if the version of an asset is the earliest, latest or specific one.
Action Parameters
To create an "Asset version check" action, just compile the following fields under the actions section:
Parameters
Name - Give a brief and self-descriptive name to the action (e.g. check if it is the newest version).
Check if the asset version is: - Specify the version against which you intend to compare one of the assets:
Earliest version - Check if the asset is the most old version
Latest version - Check if the asset is the most recent version
Version no. - Check if the asset is precisely the 'n' version
Depending on the result of the check, one of the following results will be returned by the action:
Yes
No
How to use it
The T-Workflow designer permits using "Asset version check" actions to, for example, check if an asset code is not the earliest one (i.e. original) nor the latest one (i.e. final) of a production process; this is for deleting middle versions.
