Web_Request
Description: Used for T-workflow-based requests performed by web users to gain temporary access to a certain right (e.g. download an asset media file).

NB: "Web request" T-workflows are attached, differently to other T-workflows, directly to contacts (the requesting user) rather than assets.

Results:
a. Yes: The request was accepted by a supervisor.
b. No: The request was denied by a supervisor.
