WL (white list priority):The white-list priority determines the action to be taken when another already-scheduled event occupies a pre-assigned space of a scheduled event. Note: The use of 'White Lists' is disabled by default (value=0). However, by inserting a value greater than zero (1 - 100), Etere Air Sales would try to schedule the event into its assigned space.
Hide from Air Sales Scheduler: Lines where this option is enabled are hidden from the scheduler's search.
Note1:
If the line is "Free", it would replace only other "free" contractual events (with a lower white list priority);
If the line is "Top & Bottom", the white list priority must be zero to avoid receiving a warning message.
Hide from scheduler: Enable this option if the proposed order line is intended to be scheduled manually;
Filler type: Filler lines fill up the remaining schedule space.
Available options are: None > The current proposal line is not a filler; Filler > The current proposal line is a filler. It would fill up the remaining space as per scheduling restrictions;
Add to filler list: The current proposal is a commercial. Enable this option to fill up the remaining space;
Notes: A short description or instructions to notify the user.
