69.1.3 Configure Export

The "Export data" section allows to specify the frequency an export function should be executed (i.e. creates new exported files). Parameters set here are individual for each export function.

Parameters available in this form includes:
Export data

What to export
Days to export - Enter the number of days to be exported. F90 starts selecting the days to export from the present day (e.g.: in case the export it's supposed to export schedules, if this parameter is set to 2, F90 will export today's and tomorrow's schedules), unless the parameter "Days passed from which to begin the export" is set.
Days passed from which to begin the export - Enter the number of past days to start exporting data.
For instance, if today is 20/08/2012 and you set this parameter to 3 and "days to export" to 2, the exported data will be related to 17/08/2012 and 18/08/2012.

NB: Leave this to "0" to export data normally from current date onwards.
NB: Above parameters are not available for the following standard exports: XML ASSETS FULL, XML ASSET, APPLE FCP XML.

When
Periodically
- Automatically perform the export with a certain frequency (in minutes).
Only in these hours - Automatically perform the export up to three fixed times.
At every save - Automatically perform the export every time a schedule is saved (e.g. from the Executive Editor).
At each request from Executive Editor- Automatically perform the export every time the [Start F90] command is sent.
From WebService - Enable this option to allow export to XML to be executed via Web Services.

Note:
In former Etere versions, periodical import/exports was managed through a global parameter, when upgrading a system to a newer version (22.5 or higher) each individual function would be set with either the global frequency (if set) or the default frequency (1 minute).
