1.2.3.7 Create an Incident

You can create a new event in Web Help Desk. The events you create are automatically sent to Etere support.

To create an event, follow these steps.

1. Type https://www.etere.com in your browser and press Enter.

2. After the page has fully loaded, click "Login" in the upper right corner.

3. On the RESERVED LOGIN page, enter the following information in the Reserved Area-Login section:

• Username. In the Username field, enter your customer code.

• Password. Enter your password.

• Remember me. Select the Remember me checkbox if you want to save your credentials in the browser.

4. After entering your credentials, click Login > >.

Note: The INCIDENTS section appears after clicking the Login button.

5. On the "Customer Area" page in Ether, click on the "Help About Us" button in the "Menu" section.

6. Click on the New Event symbol.

7. When the New Incident form opens, enter the following information about the event:

• Terminal. In the "List of terminals" list, select the appropriate terminal associated with the event. This field is optional.

• Contact. In the Contact field, enter the email address you want to use to contact Etere support.

• Subject. In the Subject field, enter a brief description of the problem or problem you encountered while using the software.

• Message. In the Message field, enter more detailed information about the event. We recommend that you provide as much information as possible so that the support team can better analyze the event.

• Applications. In the Attachments field, select the Upload new files option to upload log files, images, sheets, charts, snapshots, or other related information about the event.

• DOWNLOAD THE MAGAZINES. Click the UPLOAD LOGS button to upload the log file to online support. When the file is downloaded, an event is generated in the Online Support section with status Mail received.

8. Click Save Event to save it.

Note: If the New Incident tab is left open, after 10 minutes without saving the incident, the message "Undefines" is displayed and the access session is terminated.
