59.2.16.7 Layout

The "Layout" section allows enabling or disabling the tabs displayed for Standard and Flexi-metadata assets; check/uncheck the box to enable/disable the functions.
Media Library's tabs enabled in this section include:
Season - Properties - Annotations - T-Workflow - Secondary events - EPG - Rights Management - Tapeless reception - Media Data - Metadata - Relationships - Operations - SIAE - Task - Keyboards - People in charge - Proposals

NB: from EtereInstall_34.1.94.7295.zip if the KEYBOARDS option has been disabled for the Standard and Flexi metadata asset tabs, the system will no longer load keyboards\keys during Media Library startup (in previous versions they were " hidden" from view but loaded in the background causing slowdown during the startup of Media Library).

As shown in the figure below, the tabs are displayed in the asset forms and can be customised by moving (drag & drop) them to the desired position:

Layout

Under this section, it is possible to individually set the types of asset forms managed by Etere; these types include:
Standard assets
Standard assets are normally used for all asset types that don't have the 'Flexi-metadata asset" property enabled (as by default).

Flexi-metadata assets
Flexi-metadata assets are those asset forms which has the "Flexi-metadata asset" property enabled (Etere Configuration > Settings > Types > Properties) to indicate that these kinds of assets are mainly made up by metadata (Flexi-metadata, properties, etc.) rather than media.
For Flexi-metadata assets, some tabs are unavailable (i.e. "Metadata" and "Rights management"). In contrast, others are limited (e.g. the "Properties" tab includes only Quality Check, Sponsor, Musical Data information and Artists).

Season Manager
Season Manager defines the generic season data, including season, episodes numbers, scheduled durations, and the linked assets.

Asset General Data
This section displays the asset data's general information, including parental classifications, video format, user data, asset sponsored spots, asset quality check level, asset rights assignment, etc.
