Report Description

The Season Manager report allows you to visualize Season Orders, displaying their Type, Unit Price, Customer and start and end dates.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been distributed across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

•Date: Insert the date for which the season orders to be retrieved must be valid,

•Code:  Insert the code of the season order to which the report is related,

•Description: Insert the description that season orders must have to be retrieved,

•Customer: Indicate the customer to which the season orders to be retrieved are related,

•Genre: Specify the genre(s) of the season that will be exclusively included in the report,

•Type: Specify the type(s) of the season that will be exclusively included in the report,

•Unit price: Filter retrieved data by comparing the entered value (i.e., equal, significant, minor, greater or equal, minor or equal) with season unit prices,

•Duration: Filter retrieved data by comparing the entered value (i.e., equal, significant, minor, greater or equal, minor or equal) with the season's duration,

•Display also concluded orders: Enable this option if it is intended to include concluded order in the report,

•Order by Dictate if artists' appearances will be sorted either by description, customer, duration or unit price,

•Report date: If enabled, the date on which the report is being generated will be displayed on the footer of all pages,

•Page number: If enabled, the page number will be displayed in the footer of all report pages,

•Station: Choose the station from which season' scheduled data will be retrieved,

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
