Export Scope
The Export Custom ADBOX RCC export the programming contract from current station or selected client station within the specific date range to an ".RCC" (resource script file) text format file.  Contracts that are not linked to materials would also be exported to the RCC file.
The exported file name is “Calendario_Adbox_123_dd-mm-yyyy_dd-mm-yyyy.rcc" where
•“123” -  indicate the client station prefix.
•“dd-mm-yyyy_dd-mm-yyyy” – indicate the start date and end date specified for the export.
•The file extension must be ".rcc".
In the exported file, it contain the record fields layout listed below:
•Record Header: Consists of control character (must be “RCC”), customer description, product description, export start date, export end date, and export file creation date (all in “dd/mm/yyyy” format).  All fields are separated by comma (,).
•Detail Record: Consists of issuer code (e.g. "RDJ"), issuer description,  event scheduled on-air date (in “dd/mm/yyyy” format), event duration (in “hh:mm” format), subject code, subject description, membership module code, membership description, free exit flag (where “0” indicate “Free”), and type of contract, etc.  All fields are separated by comma (,).
•Any invalid character (e.g. ‘/’) found between the contract lines would be removed from the exported file.  However, hyphen ('-') is accepted in the exported file.
•The file consist of one line per event.
Upon completion, it is possible to continue export for another client station without existing from the export module.
Export Parameters
Period to export
•From date: Select a date as start date for the export process.
•To date: Select a date as end date for the export process.
Parameters
•Export path: Indicate the directory path where the exported file would be stored.  You can use the browse button to locate the path in the network.
•Station: Select current station or any available client station to export the programming contracts from the station.
•Station code: Enter a station code to indicate the client station.
•Station name: Indicate the name of the issuer.
•Customer: Click the browse button to launch the Personal Data form to view all customers, double-click on the customer’s external code to select the customer.  Once a customer has been selected, the company name/surname (if available) of the selected customer would be automatically appended into the textbox.
•Customer fixed: If this parameter contain data, the data would be exported as second field from the first row.
•Order: Specify the name of the contract.
•Order Description fixed: If this parameter contain data, the data would be exported as forth field from the second row onwards.
•Dealer plan code: If this parameter contain data, the data would be exported as last field of the first row.

•Track code table (leave blank to use old export mode): 

in order to load into memory a .csv table containing the values of RUBRICA1 and RUBRICA2 to be exported according to:

- event times

- channel selected

- the day of the week

- whether they have been entered in rotation or not

- the track set is now logged

- it now works even if the .csv track separator is (;)

If this table is present and is correct, the export is performed according to this, otherwise it behaves as before.

Launch the export
Once all parameters have been set, click the <Export> button to launch the export operation.
