9.5 Shopping Cart

In Etere Shopping Cart, you can create new tickets and view the status of all previously created tickets.

The Shopping Cart module allows users to create request tickets and includes a set of processes to complete the operations.  The processes in the ticket include Etere T-workflow-based actions, resource configuration actions, or Data Mover actions that automatically retrieve, archive or transcode any media operations.
