This section allows to view the logs of 64-bits etere modules stored in the logs database.
In order to store logs in the db, check if one of these three options is set in Etere Configuration > Configuration editor > Logs > Logs management:
Log type
1) Sql Database: Error, Journal; SNMP Console: Error, Ping
2) Sql Database: Error, Journal, Warning; SNMP Console: Error, Ping
3) Sql Database: All verbosities; SNMP Console: Error, Ping
Additionally, check if the logging is not expired. The End date parameter should be always set to a future date (it's advisable to set the farthest date selectable).
Note: These two settings are applied only for the current workstation.
If what above is set correctly, it's possible to search the stored logs through this Etereweb section, setting the following filters:
web_logs
Workstation: Filter the logs search by workstation. Only workstations where 64-bits modules run are listed.
User: Filter the search by the user who ran the module that produced the logs.
Module: Filter by the module which produced the logs.
View: Select how many records should be retrieved. The rows will be spread across different pages of 50 records each.
From/To: Filter the search by date and time range. Clicking on the clock button, it's possible to directly set the time field as the current time + 1 minute onward.
Once the needed filters are set, use the available buttons to perform actions:
View: Display a table in the bottom part of the page, which contains the logs retrieved from the search.
Save: Save the above settings as an XML structure in a dedicated SQL table, so that they can be easily set again later.
Open: Load the filters saved previously. The configurations to load can be recognized by the date and UTC time taken when they've been saved. Clicking on the recycle bin button, it's possible to delete them.
