202.2.2 Account Executive Mode

An Account Executive is the person who directly represents the station in commercial transactions with customers, the account executive takes orders from customers and provide them with sales proposals that once approved will result in proper commercial orders from which they earn a commission. An account executive can be associated to one or more customers and vice verse.
For a user to be classified as account executive, the "Entity Type" parameter in user's Personal Data Form tab must be specified as "Account Executive", as shown in the following display screen in MAM module.

Etere Sales
provides account executive with a robust tools for managing proposals from their elaboration to their final delivery for approval while taking into account predefined budgets as well as invoicing customers data.

Note:
An account executive can manage (view and modify) only proposals related to his assigned customers, other proposals won't be available (even if the account executive is  the owner).
 
Main menu
Once launched, the main Etere Sales windows is displayed containing all the functions enabled for the current logged in user (see the Rights Management chapter).
In case the user is an account executive, the following menu will be displayed (how-to-use Information on each menu is available by licking on the related links):

•Budget viewing

•Proposal management

•Customer monitoring

•Orders management

•Reports generation
