66.1 ETX-G Configuration

Once Etere ETX-G is installed, we must configure the ETX-G resource to use it.

  1. Launch  Etere Resources Editor, edit ETX-G properties and input the network path in the local PC

  2. For the ETX-G resource to integrate with  Etere's MAM, the following configuration settings MUST be set accordingly.
  3. Launch theEtere Configuration module and navigate to Settings > Devices Settings > Codecs, right-click on the ETX-G resource, and select the Properties tab; in the <Etere Player> parameter, it must choose ETX-G Player as the codec type to be used.

  4. Next, navigate to  Etere Configuration > Settings > Type Editor > Types, right-click the ETX-G resource and select Edit to modify the resource type. In the Type Properties, the  ETX Graphic check box must be enabled for the resource to manage graphic objects.

  5. After graphics are imported into the Etere Ecosystem, the graphics are stored in a single repository specified in the global parameter in Etere Configuration > Settings > Executive Editor, under the global parameter "Destination folder where graphics will be stored".

  6. When searching for graphic objects in the ETX-G console, enter the graphic name in the search field, and the program will search all the graphic objects in the local path and network paths. You can preview, preset, and program the graphic from the search results using drag-and-drop.

In the Program  section, available functions are:

  • Insert multiple graphics for preview
  • Clear individual-inserted graphic
  • Clear all inserted graphics

In the Preset  section, available functions are:

  • Apply the 'Cut' to an individual loaded preset
  • Clear single-loaded preset
  • Apply the 'Cut' to all loaded preset
