59.5.4.70 Agency Detailed Costs by Scheduled

Report Description

The Agency Detailed Costs by scheduled report allows the generation of a document containing all the costs (commissions) derived from the transmission of commercial orders; grouping said charges by agencies and classifying them by prime time and non-prime time slots.

The costs presented in this report are those calculated from the order items that are already scheduled.

Please note that this report retrieves data from the production and historical databases (if it exists). This feature will allow more information to be included in the report but may cause more time to be generated.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Period: Specify the period from which data will be retrieved.

•Prime time: Indicate the time slot as "prime time".

•Non-Prime time: Indicate the time slot as "non-prime time".

•Channel: Specify the station to which the report is related, that is, on which orders are intended to be scheduled. Leave unselected to include all channels.

•Agency: Specify the agency to which processed orders must be associated. Leave unselected to include all agencies.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.

Columns Legend

Agency - The agency to which calculated orders are related.
Channel - Station on which calculated orders are scheduled.
PT Min - Number of minutes occupied in prime time.
PT Total - Total amount collected from prime time.
NPT Min - Number of minutes occupied in non-prime time.
NPT Total - Total amount collected from non-prime time.
The sum of min - The sum of the PT and NPT minutes.
The sum of total - The sum of the PT and NPT totals.
Total - The global sum of all the amounts per agency.
