Import Scope
The Import_Custom_ShopTime_CSV import a CSV file containing XML playlist for censorship and Ad Insertion in one day schedule.
The following criteria must be fulfilled to ensure a successful import:
•The file name format must be “yyyy_mm_dd_xxx.csv” where xxx indicate the issuer (e.g. 2018_05_14_001.csv)
•The first 5 rows in the file contains comments, row 6 contains the column names (in Brazilian) with the prefix 'ST_'
•The data in the CSV file can be separated by comma (,) or semicolon (;)
•There are total 69 columns of data in the file, majority are flexi-metadata
•The empty lines with less than 10 characters would not be processed
•The file name contains a valid date
•The file extension must be .csv
•The issuer in file name is corresponding with the current user
•All flexi-metadata in the file not presented in the System would be automatically created with following convention:
- Prefix “ST_” + description and string type, e.g. ST_Barcode, ST_Market Price, ST_DEPARTMENT (Genre) etc
•If the asset exists, its type and its duration is taken from the asset tab; if the asset does not exist, it would be created.
•If genre is not present in Etere system, it would be created and linked to the asset. 
Import Parameters

Import_custom_shoptime_csv

•File to import: Specify the file name to be imported, the file name format must be “yyyy_mm_dd_xxx.csv” where xxx indicate the issuer (e.g. 2018_05_14_001.csv).  You can use the browse button to locate the CSV file in network drive or local drive.
•Standard type to be attributed to SPOT:  Click on the browse button and select an event type to be associated to the event.  If the asset is not presented in Etere, specify the asset type in the text box
❑Delete events not present in the file: If enabled, events not presented in the CSV file during import would be deleted from the system.
Launch the import
Once the CSV file has been located, click on the <Import Schedule> button to start the import process.
