In a 32-bit Operating System, Multiview store its configuration file in
C: \ Users \[user] \ AppData \ Local \ Etere_pte_ltd \ Etere.Multiviewer.exe_Url_ [string id] \ 1.0.0.0 \ user.config
While in 64-bit Operating System, the configuration file is stored in
C: \ Users \ [user] \ AppData \ Local \ Etere_pte_ltd \ Etere.Multiviewer64.exe_Url_ [string id] \ 1.0.0.0 \ user.config
Follow the steps below to start a 64-bit Multiviewer on 32-bit system:
1. Start the 64-bit Multiviewer (it will show an empty list of viewer windows) and close the application; it will create an empty 64-bit version configuration file in the folder.
2. Replace the <SingleViewersCfg> section of the 64-bit user.config with the <SingleViewersCfg> section of the 32-bit user.config
3. Re-launch 64-bit Multiviewer.
