Action Description
The Set aspect ratio action allows to set/change the "aspect ratio" (e.g. HD) and the "HD conversion" (e.g. HD->4:3Full) of an asset to custom specific values. This action can be used with an " asset custom log" to record the asset's operations log aspect ratio change.
Action Parameters
Under this section, it is possible to create new actions based on the following parameters:
•Name: Give the action a brief and self-descriptive name (e.g., Set asset HD).
•Aspect: Select one of the aspect ratios from the list
•HD Conversion: Specify the HD conversion value
NB: The only possible output of this action is "updated aspect ratio".
How to use it
"Set aspect ratio" actions can be used (in the T-Workflow designer) to, for example, set ingested assets as "HD" before its quality control (thus preventing operators from manually inserting a wrong aspect ratio).
