79.4.8.4 Contacts

The Contacts node display list of contacts loaded in Personal Data during Install and integration with the Active Directories.

  1. Contacts
    • Contains all available contacts, includes the logged in user
    • Allows adding staff or removing staff from contacts list.
    • Allows adding staff to Favorites contact list with the Nunzio_NEW_Tree_Rundown_Story_Contacts_Add button or right-click on mouse.
    • Chat with single contact or multiple contacts (by using the Nunzio_NEW_Tree_Rundown_Story_Contacts_Msg Send instant message function or right click on mouse. )
    • (Notification message would appeared at top right hand corner of the application screen, double click message to open the chat room.)
    • Allows to view all participants in the Chat room.
    • Press “Enter” key to send text message.
    • Press “Ctrl + Enter” keys to insert new input line to text message.
    • Update users in the list with the Nunzio_NEW_Tree_Rundown_Story_Contacts_Refresh Refresh button.
  2. Favorites:
    • Contains a list of favorites contacts

  3. Recent:
    • Accessible by Contacts tab
    • Display the list of recent conversations.
    • Chat with single contact or multiple contacts (by using the Nunzio_NEW_Tree_Rundown_Story_Contacts_Msg Send instant message function or right click on mouse.)
    • Update users in the list with the Nunzio_NEW_Tree_Rundown_Story_Contacts_Refresh Refresh button.
