Report Description
The Rights Situation report allows to generate a document containing all rights used (or available for use) by programs within a certain period, allowing to filter them -besides from right and period- also by asset type and source order. This report is an inventory situation useful to keep track on the use of rights.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permits a detailed generation of the report have been spread across seven different tabs to allows an easier configuration. By default all filters are disabled (i.e.: they are either blank or unselected), to enable them it is enough to configure at least one parameters on their inside. Available filters includes:
•Rights Type: Specify if the report will be generated for used rights (i.e. scheduled), available rights (i.e. to schedule) or all rights (i.e. used and available).
•Period (from date - to date): Indicate the time range from which scheduling data will be retrieved.
•Type: Use this filter to narrow retrieved data only to a specific type of assets (e.g. tv season, movies, etc).
•Order: Use this filter to narrow retrieved data to a specific order. Leave this blank to include all orders.
Report Preview
The [Settings] permits to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Please note that some reports permit to export the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, csv, doc, xls, xml, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
