Etere HSM allows performing the restore and archive operations via T-workflow, in this way operators will be able to archive/restore specific asset's media files which are stored in a certain metadevice and/or match a certain codec.
The media pool(s) used by Etere HSM to archive assets can be determined through either an automatic selection (according to the asset type and codec) or predefined selection (from within the archiving T-workflow).
In order to start archiving and restoring assets via T-workflow just follow one of the procedures below:
Archive workflows - Archive assets on media pools either selected according to asset's type and codec or predefined through a T-workflow action
Restore workflows - Restore assets according to their codec from a specific library
