4.4.2 Search Price List

In this section, you can search for a user-defined price list in the system.

• Description: Insert the short description when the price list was defined;
• From data – To date: Indicate the date range to include all price lists;
• Only expired: Enable this option to filter only the expired price list.

Click the<Apply Filter>button to filter price lists that match the above criteria.

Once a price list has been inserted, by clicking on the options button, the user can edit the price list, delete the price list, set the price list as expired and define the conversion table for the selected price list.

1. Edit:

   The Edit function allows the operators to edit a Price List on the fly, direclty from the Search Price List view;

2. Delete:

   The Delete Function would allows the operators to easily remove the given Price List on the fly. A confirmation Message would eventually appears in order to confirm the given operation;

3. Set as Expired:

   The Delete Function would allows the operators to easily set the given Price List as expired on the fly. 

   WARNING: no confirmation message would eventually appears!

4. Price List conversion table

   The conversion table allows defining the "price ratios" to be applied for specific duration intervals by the table shown below:

   Using the table above and a price list rate 250€, a spot between 15 and 30 seconds will cost 250€ (250 * 1.000). Instead, a spot lasting between 40 and 60 seconds (1 minute) will cost 500€ (250 * 2.000).

   A new price ratio can be added by filling the fields above the table and pressing the "Add" button.

WARNING: The duration ranges should not overlap when adding a price ratio. For example, in the table above, the user should not insert a different price ratio for spots with a duration between 25 and 35 seconds, or it will overlap with the first price ratio, and the system will return an error.

Users can Edit or delete a price ratio by selecting the options button.
