201.13.2.1 ToDo Notifications

The "ToDo Notifications" tool allows to easily create reminders to be automatically delivered via e-mail at specific times, for example, to remind the accountancy department to perform the payment of the sold rights.

Parameter - Date
Description : The date the notification is created.

Parameter - User
Description : The user who created the notification.

Parameter - Status
Description : The status of the task (e.g. to-do, completed).

Parameter - Notification
Description : Specify if the task should be:
•Managed without notifications.
•Sent via email.
•Sent via email and set as "completed".

Parameter - Destination
Description : Select a contact from the Personal Data database, depending of the type of contact,  the 'Marketing E-Mail' (companies) or the 'Office E-Mail' (persons) would be used.

Parameter - Subject
Description : Specify the subject of the email.

Parameter - Notes
Description : Enter the content of the email.

Note
Please note that in order to use this feature, some connection parameters must be set under the "Etere Configuration > Settings >ToDo Notifications" section.
