The "Paste" wizard allows copying a portion of the structure (i.e. all selected blocks) to a different date range, maintaining their arranged position and times. To copy blocks, follow the procedures below:
1. Select the blocks to be copied (i.e. to be used as pattern) by click on blocks while holding the Ctrl key.
NB: All blocks of a day can be selected by using the "select the entire day" function.
2. Click on the "paste" button which is available in the main menu, toolbar menu and contextual menu.
3. The "paste wizard" would be opened to allow you to set the parameters for the paste operation to take place:
From date - To date - Indicate the range (e.g. from 01/01/2012 to 07/01/2012) to where the structure will be copied.
Move selected events - If enabled, selected blocks will be cut and pasted into the target day(s). If disabled, the events would be copied and pasted.
Activate day selection - Specify the weekdays (e.g. only Mondays and Tuesdays) on which blocks will be copied.
Destination time - In case of copying a single block, it would be possible to set the "destination time" (e.g. 09:00:00) at which the block will be copied. By default, the proposed time is the same as the source time.
3. Once all parameters are set, press the [Apply] button to launch the paste operation:
