In Etere, a secondary event performed along with a program (primary event) for channel branding, program identification, text crawling, incoming programs, lower-third announcements, breaking news, etc.
The Order module permits to easily control the broadcast of seconday events through the creation of order lines detailing relevant information such as price, number of runs and others. Once inserted into an order line, the following actions will be available for contractual logos:
➢Track the scheduled performances
➢Calculate revenues generated
➢Invoice the broadcast of secondary events
➢Certify the actual performance of secondary events
In order to start managing contractual secondary events it's enough to follow the procedure below:
1 - Create an order line for a secondary event
2 - Place events in the schedule
3 - Invoice scheduled events
4 - Certification of transmission
