In the "Action" section, positioned at the right panel on the interface, the "Insert Clip" function works corresponding with the "Wipe" feature in the "Transition Control" section would enable the user to set a wipe transition in a video file during on-air.

First, in the "Transition Control" section, enable the "Wipe" feature to launch the wipe effects selection, as shown below.

In the Wipe Selection dialogue, you can define the wipe effects by selecting the wipe directions buttons on the left and clicking the IN or OUT bullet points on the right pane. After which, you can set the wipe effects' speed by entering the frame numbers (per second) in the bottom pane. Once the selection is confirmed, click <OK> to apply the wipe effects.
Next, click the "Insert Clip" or "Cut Insert Clip" button to apply the Wipe effect on transition. The selected wipe effects would be displayed in the Transition Control pane indicated by the effect symbols. In the example below, "Top To Bottom" wipe effects were applied to the video clip.

To reset the wipe effects applied to the clip, click the NONE button in the Transition Control pane to deselect the wipe effects.
