59.2.3.1 Ad Insertion Management

The Ad Insertion Management section defines the networks (e.g. national and regional) to which content will be delivered. Available parameters are listed in the table below:

ADIns_management

Main network - The national network contains scheduling common to all regional networks.
Split networks - The regional networks contain bespoke scheduling (i.e. local ad insertion).

Ad-Insertion uses
To use networks, Etere provides the following modules for specific operations:

Etere Air Sales        
•Enable the segments to be split under the Block Editor.
•Schedule events on national/regional segments using Strategic Editor.

Etere Scheduling        
•Schedule events on national/regional playlists using Executive Editor.

Etere Ad Insertion        
•Insert local ad insertions (regional advertising) using Etere Ad Insertion.
