56.1.7 Automation Control Tab

Etere Automation supports the automatic execution of automation commands such as SCTE-35, SCTE-104 and GPIs.

When a certain command is received to communicate a certain condition (e.g. media server is down, the main channel is lost, satellite command is received, etc.), Etere Automation allows the execution of the command itself.

It also supports the automatic sending of signals through commands when a certain automation status is verified (e.g. running, skipped, error, etc.).

The Automation controls area allows defining the GPI Inputs actions (i.e. execution of automation commands), GPI Outputs actions (i.e. sending of automation status) as well as SCTE Triggers, to be performed by Etere Automation when specified conditions are verified.
