56.1.7 Automation Control Tab

The Automation Controls Tab allows defining the GPI Inputs actions (i.e. execution of automation commands), GPI Outputs actions (i.e. sending of automation status), and SCTE Triggers, to be performed by Etere Automation when specified conditions are verified.

Etere Automation supports the automatic execution of automation commands such as SCTE-35, SCTE-104 and GPI. They're both ways of controlling the automation remotely with pre-set commands but are very different in how they go about it. It also supports the automatic sending of signals through commands when a certain automation status is verified (e.g. running, skipped, error, etc.).
