Action Description
With this template, the action will verify if an asset(s) exists in multiple devices and codecs. Possible action outputs include:
•Yes: The file exists on the meta device, and the meta device is online.
•No: The file doesn't exist on the meta device.
Action Parameters
For example, to check if an asset exists in all archive locations in one go, simply:
•Name the action (e.g. Check Asset in Archive)
•Select which devices and codecs the control needs to be carried out on.
How to use it
'Asset File Exists' actions are automatically created for all meta devices when they are defined in the system.
