•Action: A task that forms part of a T-workflow and usually refers to a media transferring or transcoding intended to be performed by Etere Data Mover.

•Agent: A slim Etere Data Mover version launched independently to perform a specific job.

•Concurrency: Ability to run different instances of the same data processor simultaneously.

•Data Processor: An action Etere Data Mover uses to perform specific media tasks (usually media transferring or transcoding).

•EDT: A feature of Etere Data Mover that supports transferring media files using a streamlined algorithm that permits utilising all the available WAN bandwidth. It's the ideal solution for data-intensive transfers over high-speed wide-area networks.

•Job: A request received via T-workflow to perform a specific media task.
