59.5.4.23 Placement Confirmation

Report Description

The Placement confirmation report allows the generation of a document containing all the scheduled events derived from a particular contract, in order to evaluate if their placement is correct and satisfactory.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

• Customer: Indicate the customer to which the order is related.

• Order: Choose the order belonging to the selected customer for which the report will be generated.

• Include contract rows for these stations: Select the stations which contract lines belong to, that should be included in the report.

• Print scheduled time: Enable it to include also the scheduled time of the retrieved events in the report.

• Use date range: Specify the range of schedule days where the events have to be found.

Report Preview

The [Settings] button, allows to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select to display a preview using the related [Preview] button or directly printing the document using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports allow the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc.) just by using the [Export] button.

REPORT ON ETEREWEB

This report is available also on Etereweb, but there are some differences about its filters, in comparison with the desktop version.
In the web version it's possible to print all the events of a specific order or all the events related to the orders of a specific agency, grouped by order.

• Sort order list by customer: Specify by which customer should the order list of the report be sorted.

• Sort order list by agency: Specify by which agency should the order list of the report be sorted.

• Order: Choose the order which the events to be extracted are related to.

• Agency: Extract all the events of the orders related to the agency selected here.

• Print scheduled time: Enable it to include also the scheduled time of the retrieved events in the report.
• Use date range: Specify the range of schedule days where the events have to be found.
