Report Description
The Placement confirmation report allows the generation of a document containing all the scheduled events derived from a particular contract, in order to evaluate if their placement is correct and satisfactory.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:
• Customer: Indicate the customer to which the order is related.
• Order: Choose the order belonging to the selected customer for which the report will be generated.
• Include contract rows for these stations: Select the stations which contract lines belong to, that should be included in the report.
• Print scheduled time: Enable it to include also the scheduled time of the retrieved events in the report.
• Use date range: Specify the range of schedule days where the events have to be found.
Report Preview
The [Settings] button, allows to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select to display a preview using the related [Preview] button or directly printing the document using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports allow the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc.) just by using the [Export] button.
