The View Scheduling Report function allows operators to view all the scheduling operations performed for a certain proposal line, including the following information:
•User: The operator who launched the scheduling operation.
•Operation date: The date at which the scheduling operation has been launched.
•From date- To date: The period which the proposal line has been scheduled by the operation.
•Status: The final status of the scheduling operation.
•Ended: A property that indicates if the operation is completed (ok) (i.e. successfully ended) or it require to consult the report (i.e. too many bookings in a day).
•ID: The operation univocal identification number.
A detailed log containing all the successfully/unsuccessfully booked events can be displayed by right-click on a certain operation and selecting the 'show report' option (or simply double click on it).
Moreover, a sensitive 'delete' function (available in the top left part of the window) will allow to permanently cancel a selected scheduling operation (and all its booked events).
