59.5.4.102 Summary Sales Productivity

Report Description
The Summary Sales Productivity report allows the generalisation of a document containing the monthly revenues the television station earns in a specific year. It will narrow the information to only the revenues from particular channels and spot codes.

This report is helpful, for example, for getting an overview of the company's sales productivity.

Note
Please note that this report retrieves data from the production and historical databases (if it exists). This feature will include more information in the report but may require more time to generate.

Report Filters
All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been distributed across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

Year: Select the year from which revenue data will be retrieved.

Types: Indicate the status (e.g. order, proposal, expired, etc) that contracts must match to be included in the report. For information on the available status, please refer to the chapter on sales: Getting Started.

Channels: Narrow retrieved revenues to a specific network station or leave this field empty to include all stations.

Spot code: Enable the codes of the spots to be included in the revenues calculation.

Report Preview
The [Settings] permits the configuration of the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
