Cut to Mute (Stop On-Air Audio)

The Cut to Mute function allows operators to immediately stop the audio output currently being transmitted on-air while keeping the video signal active.

This function is designed for emergency situations where the audio content must be removed instantly without interrupting the video transmission.

Warning → This operation affects the content currently being broadcast on-air. Use this function carefully, as the action is applied immediately to the live output.


Applying Cut to Mute

To mute the on-air audio:

1. Open the On-Air section.

2. Click the Mute button.

3. The audio output is immediately muted.

4. The button changes color to indicate that the mute status is active.


Restoring Audio

To restore the audio output:

1. Click the Mute button again.

2. The audio is immediately restored.

3. The button returns to its normal state, indicating that the mute function is no longer active.

The Cut to Mute function provides operators with an immediate safeguard for controlling unwanted audio content during live broadcasts.
